Protect sign-in and recovery
Use a long, unique password for the BINTcloud Android account and keep it in a trusted password manager. Protect the email account associated with your subscription because it may receive support or account information. Enable additional authentication where an installed app or email provider offers it. Never send passwords, one-time codes, session tokens or full recovery keys through support chats or screenshots.
Be careful with sessions and software
Sign in through the correct android.bintcloud.ng address rather than a link from an unexpected message. Avoid saving credentials on shared computers. Disconnect remote sessions and sign out when finished. Install apps only from trusted sources and review requested permissions. An application that asks for unrelated access deserves investigation before installation. Do not use unknown APKs as a shortcut to unlock unavailable device features.
Respond to suspicious activity
If you suspect someone accessed your account, change the password from a trusted device and contact support promptly. Include the order reference and the time of the incident without attaching secrets. Review important app accounts separately and revoke sessions there where the app supports it. Keep independent backups of essential work. No single security setting makes an account invulnerable, so regular checks and careful handling of credentials remain necessary.
Should I send support my device session token?
No. Session tokens can authorize access. Send the order reference and a redacted error description instead.
Check the right package for your work
Review current configurations and naira prices, then confirm essential requirements with BINTcloud support before ordering.
